Men's Costumes
All Costumes are rented on a First Come First Serve basis and may be held in advance for no more than 5 days with payment of deposit. A minimum of 24 hours must be given to cancel any costume rentals, failure to do so will result in the loss of all deposits.
Each Costume has it's own Daily Rental Fees and it's own Deposits.
Deposits may be made with Cash, Debit or Credit Card.
Here is our Our Rental Agreement.
______ If Damage or Loss occurs to any part or whole of the rented item, the renter will have to pay for the repair or replacement costs
______ I indemnify, Balloons by Night Moods, the owners, in respect of any injury or legal expenses arising out of an accident which may be caused by the items during the term of this rental.
______ Our Rental Week is Monday thru Saturday. (Excluding New Years Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving & Christmas Day)
______ Deposit will be forfeited if rented item(s) are not returned on the Due Date and Time and rental fees will be charged for everyday until rented items are returned.
______ Renter does not need to wash or have dry cleaned rented costume(s), but costume(s) must be returned with no new stains, cuts, rips or tears, burns, missing buttons, missing medallions or badges or missing any other kinds of trim, no make-up and may not smell of any kind of smoke or perfume. Knee slides are NOT to be performed while in costume(s). If costume(s) are returned with any damage as stated above, the Renter will lose their deposit and may also incur further cleaning and or repair or replacement charges.
